The Bull-corgi looks a little like a Corgi, except when it nips your heels it doesn’t let go. Corgi mutts never fail to surprise, and  Becky really does seem like she could be a Corgi-Bulldog.  (Or maybe a corgi-shar pei?)  Philadelphia, what have you unleashed upon the world?
